Jessica Dore - profoundly influenced by the people and landscapes of New Orleans, Jamaica, Central America, India, Northern California and New England - is an editor and consultant turned mindful-tarot-reading-yogi-writer-almost psychotherapist. Her clinical interests include fostering distress tolerance and emotion regulation skills, and healing trauma and addictive behaviors. She's rumored to bake a mean sourdough bread.
