Growing up in New York City taught me the art of confidently speaking up for what you believe in, the necessity of building relationships through meaningful connection, and the power of communities supporting and educating each other.

For the last 15 years, I've taken some tremendous leaps (and failed spectacularly along the way) to apply those lessons in pursuit of my wildest dreams. Before venturing into my own entrepreneurial endeavors full-time, I earned my stripes through high stakes, fast-paced management and leadership positions across industries including education, tech and entertainment. From radio hosting and artist management to launching a concert tour and teaching and speaking around the world, I gravitate toward opportunities that push me to the edges of my comfort zone and creative expression.

[tweak this transition] I believe those opportunities are necessary for us all to become our best selves and collectively create a more just and equitable world.

Because of that belief, my day-to-day work explores the intersections of communication, culture, education and human development to amplify marginalized voices to catalyze change. Through my agency, Oratory Glory, and independent projects of my own, I partner with global communities, schools and organizations to design experiences and products that help multidisciplinary creatives cultivate the confidence, skills and attitudes to propel their ideas and reach their full potential.

^^^ [work this piece in] I help people develop skills and confidence to cultivate meaningful connections, communicate their beliefs and ideas, and strategically bring them to life.

[INSERT SOMETHING ABOUT TMAY BOOK -- And as a new author, I travel around the world speaking about and teaching the keys to accurate, artful self-definition.]

I love building with people whose hearts are in the right place on impactful projects that shake shit up. If that sounds like you, let's connect.

    • Holley is a true leader and amazing friend, with a passion for people. I've had the honor to continuously learn from her during our weekly chats. True leaders have an ability to help others develop their own greatness. To find a real and loyal friend is truly rare, to find such a leader is rarer, but I am humbled to have been coached by one in Holley.
